Chef Paolo定期於香港職業訓練局 (VTC) 執教,培育廚藝新秀,亦代表意大利貿易公署 (Italian Trade Agency) 於亞洲各地進行廚藝示範。他曾接受多間媒體採訪,亦是備受信賴的意大利美食傳播者。對Chef Paolo而言,每一道菜、每一次教學與分享,都是一項使命-意大利菜不只是美食,更是生活的一部分。
A Roman-born custodian of Campania’s culinary legacy, Chef Paolo Monti’s career spans 35 years as a restaurateur, educator, and global ambassador for Italian gastronomy. Shaped by three generations of family tradition—from his father and grandfather’s professional kitchens to his grandmother’ revelatory home cooking—he has dedicated his life to celebrating Italy’s edible artistry.
He now trains future chefs at Hong Kong’s VTC, demonstrates for the Italian Trade Agency across Asia, and being a trusted voice for Italian cuisine, he is interviewed by media from time to time
