This “6-day Elementary Certificate Training Course For Housemaids (Chinese Cuisine)” includes 5 days of practical training and a round-up examination during the 6th lesson. This course covers: • Kitchen safety and hygiene • Basic Chinese cooking methods and their variations • Knowledge of various ingredients and seasoning • How to choose and prepare different kinds of ingredients (meat, poultry, seafood, vegetables, etc. • 20 popular family recipes with 12 practical dishes.
