Lesson Two

Practical:  Iberian pork “escabeche” salad 
Demo:  Seared red mullet with egg vinaigrette  
Demo:⁠Grilled baby gem lettuce with anchovy butter and cured Iberian pork jowl 

Lesson Three

Practical:  Traditional Fideuà with cuttle fish and all-i-oli 
Demo:  Caramelized catalan Cream foam, vanilla ice cream 
Demo:  Iberico Ham croquettes
